·    New Hood, Same Sponsor –The No. 7 Menards / Mapei Ford Fusion will feature a new hood this weekend in Texas to promote Mapei’s newest product, Opticolor stain-free grout. Optiocolor stain-free grout is an innovative new grout that is easy for the installer to apply and easy for the homeowner or property owner to maintain. Opticolor stain-free grout also comes in 14 new colors, giving a total of 36 colors that provide the optimum in good looks for tile installations. Opticolor adds a new dimension to MAPEI’s repertoire of optimum-performance products. Jim Beam and Motorola will serve as associates.

·   Chassis –Gordon will compete in chassis No. 112 again this weekend. No. 112 was just on track last week in Atlanta, where the team finished 21^st.  Chassis No. 106 will serve as back up. 

·   Points Position – Robby Gordon and his No. 7 Ford Fusion are currently 28^th in NASCAR Nextel Cup owner point standings, only 146 points out of 25^th.

·   Texas Two Step – Having raced in both the NASCAR Cup and Busch series events in Texas, Gordon boasts one top-five finish in the Busch Series and has captured one top-20 and three top-25 finishes in Nextel Cup Series at the intermediate speedway track.

·   Meet the Driver - Robby will be at a Verizon Wireless store located at 8450 Denton Hwy, Suite 100, Watauga, TX  76148 on Thursday, November 1 from 6-7pm. He will also be at his merchandise trailer on Sunday, November 2 from 10:30 – 11:00 am.

·   Donate Your Old Cell Phones – In support of Verizon Wireless’ HopeLine program and the battle against domestic violence, Robby Gordon Motorsports and Bobby McCullough, Inc. (operator of RGM’s souvenir trailer) are giving customers 10% of all purchases made at the RGM souvenir trailer from now until the conclusion of the 2007 season with the donation of a cell phone to the Hopeline program.
