CHARLOTTE, NC (June 25, 2008) – Robby Gordon heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend, a track that produced one of Gordon’s most memorable feats as a professional driver – his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory on November 23, 2001. Along with his win, Gordon has scored two top-five and three top-ten finishes at the 1.058-mile oval track.

Known as one of the top road course racers in the world and on the NASCAR circuit today, Robby Gordon and his No. 7 team are headed to Infineon Raceway as a serious threat to win Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350. In last year’s race, Gordon led the most number of laps – 48 of 110 laps, but fuel mileage cost the No. 7 a chance at the checkered flag. In his ten starts at the 1.99-mile road course, Gordon owns one victory, two top-five and three top-ten finishes as well as five top-ten starts.

“Although we were disappointed in our run last week at Pocono, we were able to diagnose the specific problems and address them before returning to the track. We’ve had some bad luck this season and have lost some ground in the point standing, but I have faith that our program will continue to improve each week,” commented Gordon.
